And yes I could just go check out the cpu database, but I don't exactly trust it. I prefer to hear from actual people.

Well, considering the fact my barton now resides on my keychain lol here is what i had.
AQUCA0304RPAW
1.8V
220FSB
11x multi
HHC-001 w/ 80mm SF2
GA7N400pro w/ HARDM3NU
memory is the same stuff in my sig.
44C idle/53C load
my barton was a first run barton that OCed really well. i chipped the core when i tried putting on a V11 HS :( its on my keychain now, but it did serve me quite well.

RAM definitely holding me back. To go beyond 182mhz I need to set it to CAS 2 and to go beyond 200mhz it needs 2.8V also. I'm not willing to do that. Better tighter timings and lower bus than very lax timings and higher bus. I've reached 230x10 @ 1.7V but ram was at 2.5-4-4-8 @ 2.8V

Have you tested 11-3-3-2 ? I had a hard time with mine also until I read here in the forums about nForce2 chipsets liking the 11 setting....7-3-3-2 seems to be a second choice after the 11 setting. Also I have discovered that many ram chips run best at 2.5-2.6v even when you OC them...some times the extra volts actually hinders getting a better OC....

Yeah, I've tried 2-3-3-11. No post. Had to reset CMOS. Everytime a timing won't work, I have to reset CMOS and it ****es me off. And about the vdimm, I think it's well known that Geil ram needs the extra voltage to even run SPD. But I'll try the lower voltage.
EDIT: I tried 2-3-3-11 @ 2.6V and it worked! Too bad that's as far as I can go :(

It's stable and works well but is too hot for me so i just ordered a Thermalright SLK 900-A.
I got too high casetempos too so i got a arctic cooling VGA Silencer for my Radeon to get the heat of the GFXcard outside.
Also adding 2 more casefans.
Since i hit 200x11 stable at stock Vcore i hope to hit 2.4 GHZ with this baby when my components arrive.
Will post my results as soon they arrive.
