It's best to start a little higher than default then gradually move up until instability occurs. Then drop it back down a bit and burn in more until you can get to that previous cut-off point.

Burning in can take a couple months sometimes. My Celeron 533a@840 took over a month and then I was able to get that at default voltage.

I would say that there are two types of burning in, the first is with high temps, I would guess that this just bonds the thermal paste a little better to the heatsink, from what I have read this is best done for only a few seconds with the fan off, the second is where you run at low temp's with high voltage, I read an article on this that explains how it is supposed to affect the transistors (I forget where it was) I would have to agree with this as after running my chip at default speed/high voltage I was able to lower my voltage when overclocked and run at higher overclocks, I would recomend you set the speed backt to 566 with either 1.9 or 2v which ever you are most confident with and then let it run seti and prime95, I also use sandra burn in wizard when I am not at the computer, unfortunately sandra takes control of the computer so you can't run it when you want to use the computer
