do you know what kind of bios you have..
and if you have a jumperless motherboard?

looks like you have a VIA chipset...I would guess it is the apollo pro 133, I haven't seen a via based board in my stable yet, they have all been award, or American Megatrends inc. but I am sure you can use Soft fsb to setup your o'c if you want step by step instructions..goto overclockers.com and look at their many articles on clocking...if you are a newbie to clocking..the afore mentioned reading is in my opinion Mandatory if you want a sucessfull overclock.
People here can help with specific questions, but to ask how to clock my pc is a little too general.
The best answer to your question is research research research....once youv'e read what you think is pertenant to your situation, then try a few things, and if they don't work, you will have a better idea as to what might be wrong...but on the other hand, there has been a lot of people who have read the articles (on overclockers.com) and needed no further help.
There is plenty of good info there, and sometimes funny reading as well. I hope you have as much fun at clocking as I have...I think overclocking should be concidered an extreeme sport...and if it were, I think we have a few gold medal contenders right here
