Depends on what you're doing. If you're overclocking, I'd suggest either Corsair or Mushkin. If you're running a stock system, any name brand will do. Also, what chip are you mating these parts to? That'll help us answer your question better.

doing little overclocking.
other parts would be a 9600xt video cards Sapphire. And an 2500 barton chip

my friend has that exact set up, and he oc'ed 200*12 with Corsair XMS 512 PC3200 ram...
