Where to find a Celeron 600 cC0?

Well this cB0 CII600 ain't runnin to well. It'll will only do 900 arg...even when the temperature is -30C or -38C. I'll try burning it in but I think I need a cC0 to get over a gigahertz. Well thanks guys.

What do you hav e voltage set at, and what do you have for a hsf mounted on it?

I'm using watercooling/peltier cooling with phase change assist and 1.85V.
