eversince i started overclocking i have been concerned as to wether my antec 330 true power was up to the task.constantly fluctuating volts in mbm5 that contradict what i see in asus probe
and speedfan.so i decided to bite the bullet and move up to an antec true power 550.my local store had it on sale for $158 but when i went today they were out of stock and on back order.urgh!
however they had an antec truecontrol 550 for $208 and i bit.apparently the same power supply as the truepower but with a front panel control plate to adjust voltages and speeds for any fans connected to the fan only molex's.
anyway i'm sure this psu will meet all my needs but wondering if it's even worth bothering to install the control panel as i run all my case fans at max and hope i won't even have to boost volts anytime soon.anyone have and actually use these functions?
