wtf i think my board is dead

my nf7-s went nuts so i went in the bios trying to boot at even stock off the cpu and i still get errors booting up and finally, the board boots up and stays at the screen where it says cpu xxxxmhz
and ram @400mhz etc thats all it says and stays there wtf is this, this is bs freaking driving me nuts right now......
btw using bios 21 and i flashed it since before the x-mas.....
also if the bios is busted where can i buy another chip and how can i reflash mine if its possible.

Try clearing the CMOS

i already done every thing but i just took out the mobo and it works WTF!!! its a miracle im so happy that it worked after i took the mobo out of the case, mobo works but cpu wont do 2.3 !
