a7v333 to hard drive problem HELP!!!

when i use my 40 gig hard drive with my a7v333, it allows me to run windows. However, recently, i purchased a 160 gb western digital caviar hard drive and when i put it in my computer, it fails to run right at the point when i try to install windows.... help here please

more info? how does it fail? what does it do? how do you have it set up?
