For some reason, any multi over 12.5 will post but its not really running that. For instance, when I try 13 it will run at (I THINK 5). Is this an issue with my board because it is rev 1.04 or is something broken on the board? Any help or suggestions? Thanks

Sorry, this is normal and is how my A7N8X Rev. 2 behaves. To get higher multis, you can either cross the 5th L3 bridge, or do the wire trick.

So if I paint the 5th L3, I will gain multis over 12.5? Does that mean I will lose the ones below 13?

I think if you cross the bridge you get access to the higher of the two multis on the ones that have two numbers in the bios. Read the sticky faq for some links on bridges.
