Any info regarding overclocking XEON's would be appreciated, also best mobo's...

Have no experience in actually overclocking a Xeon, but I can give you a pretty good idea of what to expect.

They probably won't overclock any better, and probably worse, than the plain ol' PII. This is because they are basically the same chip with the L2 cache running at full speed instead of half speed as on the regular PII. That will possibly make it tougher to push the FSB even if the core itself can handle it. The L2 may fold on you causing instability and plenty of blue screens or booting problems.

As far as boards go, you don't have alot to choose from as they require Slot 2 motherboards which primarily came in the form of server boards. Integrated video and sound will be on almost all of these. If this is going to be used for gaming or anything of the sort then forget it unless you can find one with an AGP port. Most will not have IDE controllers on board either...probably SCSI-2 controllers. Not going to have alot of choices as the Xeon was a tremendous flop.
