Anyone know if its posible to make a small radio transmitter on the FM freq. I want to play music from my comp, and pick it up on my shower radio about 15ft from my compy.

Just google for FM Transmitter Kit and you'll get a bunch of kits (both premade and do-it-yourself).

Dunno what it's like over the pond, but here you cannot broadcast on the standard FM range without paying a whopping licence fee, as the range is commercially viable.
For a transmitter that you want to be able to transmit ~15ft, about 0.1W should do it. You can buy transcievers pre-built that run in a frequency range that is open for public use.

You'll be limited to 50 feet or less otherwise you'll need a broadcasting liscence. But there are products available, like the iRock! 400FM (http://www.buy.com/retail/product.asp?sku=10357872&loc=101&sp=1) which could be wired to draw power directly from your PSU.
And it's cheap.
The maximum range is around 30 feet which should be fine for a small apartment. If you want to DJ your tunes I highly recommend an RF remote. You can get a great X10 programmable 5-in-1 remote and receiver on ebay for $25
