Cache miss x Cache hit, how much PIII is Better than celeron2

Ok Guys, I´ve heard about PIII cache hits are about 98%... Can someone tells me how much is the cache hit from a Celeron2? Where does the fsb interpheres here, being a full speed cache..?

The cache in a p3 is about 4X as efficient as a celeron as it is 256kb and and 8 way set compared with 128kb 4 way set
