im running a celly2 566@850 cc0 default 1.7v. i got goldenorb and paste plus 2 case fans and open case. its all on a be6 with 256pc100 kingston ram. my vid is voodoo3 2000pci. i can get it easy at 850 with the default voltage..but..it crashes wen playing counterstrike. wat gives? stability tests and seti and QUAKE3 aLL RUN FINE! my idle temp is 23c and full load is 32-35. wat gives? if quake works fine for hrs..why does counterstrike die? i even reinstalled and everything. help

Use that orb as a paperweight and get a real heatsink/fan combo

Have you tryed higher voltages and also does it do this in d3d or opengl mode or both

Since youīre up to 100Mhz fsb. Run Sandra to make sure that your APG isnīt going at 100Mhz. On my mobo it did bacause the CPU orignally was a 66MHz fsb. this made AGP ratio stick to 1/1. On my mobo I closed a jumper and now Iīm at 2/3 and solid as a rock. Before this I got lockups as soon as my 3D-card was stressed.

Ahh, then AGP is not the case but check so that the PCI isnīt up to 50MHz. My nobo was clever enough to default the PCI to 33 when I hit 100, but you nerver know.
