Yep, you will get 200 mhz FSB with the 3200LL but it uses CH-5 chips, so if you want to go +200 mhz FSB you will have to increase timings.

i know of two revisions of that ram, 1.1 and 1.2
1.1 is great stuff, winbond chips
1.2 is voltage regulated, so it will not overclock well at all :(
however both will do ddr400 2-3-2-6
