When you turn on the pc hit delete to go into the bios and under the cpu settings change the fsb/memory setting from 100/100 to 133/133 and exit and save the setting. It should boot at 1.6 GHZ, 133.3*12, instead of 1.2. The board defaults to a 100mhz front side bus which is multiplied by your cpu's multiplier of 12 when you put in a new cpu so that why its running at 1200.
