Yup, I finaly got here...1017mhz, @ 1.7v 24c idle (thanks PCNut).
Well, according to the paperwork, this proc was tested to 1050mhz..with an Antec cooler....Well, I took off the Antec, and used my trusty alpha and this chip is asking for it...I've run a few benchies, and all is well in happy gig land....after some more testing, and some clocking, I'll post the results of what looks to be a great overclock

I've heard if those 700 will do 133 at default voltage, you have a good chip. Looks like you have an excellent chip! Hope I get lucky too. My new P-III 700 is sitting in the post office right now as I type, only four blocks away.

Yep PCNUT is one good dealer. I got a retail 700 from him that made it to 1015 initially with alpha, but now seems to be a bit tired and feels better at 966. Still I am a happy customer.

i bought an Intel Pentium III at pricewatch.com for $130.00 +s/h =$149.00. It is a p3 700e retail cBO stepping. I got myself an alpha p3125s and an 86w peltier with kit (on it's own power supply). Well any way, darn thing runs at 1085mhz 100% stable at 1.75v (155mhz fsb). I was able to get to 1120 at 1.85v (160mhz fsb) but it was only about 90% stable. It's idle temp is -6* to -8*c and the extreme full load temps are always under 10*c. (prime95,seti,3dmark2000,sandra, and mp3s playing for 48hrs straight) check it out guys http://www.mjstebbins.com/case.htm
