I havent had a chance to test my lvl 2 pc3500 ram yet, but if something is wrong and i need to rma it, what will be done if the pc3500 is sold out indefintely?

more than likely Mushkin will do one of two things:

1) Refund your purchase price (if you kept your invoice)

or

2) Send you a replacement stick that is closest to the 3500

I'd suggest trying to check it now. THey'll give you a full refund if it's bad, or if you change your mind and want to go with a diff. solution
