Is the GeIL PC3500 any good?

I want 1GB RAM but will my PC run faster with 2x256 than 2x512?

Read my sig... if you really can't afford better memory, go for the golden dragon. IMO The Ultra Platinum is total junk. :mad: :mad:

How much are you willing to spend ?

can't go wrong with 2x256 of mushkin pc3500's for like $165

Out of those two DEFINATELY the Mushkin. I see so many people using the mushkin, especially since it is guranteed BH-5. In fact, I have 2x512 of the mushkin coming to my house next week. But yes, I always see that level 2 at high speeds with tight timings, making a very good couple they do! :-)
