P3V4X AND Plll 1ghz 133fsb

i've got the P3V4X mobo and a Plll 1 ghzEB cpu my question is this when i overclock my cpu to 138fsb when windows boots up and in sisoftsandra it says its 1066mhz but when i o/c it to 140fsb it say 1050mhz can anybody tell me whats wrong or suggest a better plll cpu maybe plll E bios is 1006beta had the same problem with the 1005 bios via 4in1 4.29 drivers are installed too

Maybe your chipset and clock generator might be getting hot...I'm not sure just a suggestion...as I know nothing about VIA chipsets.... check out the posts in the AMD side, as they almost all use via chipsets, they might have seen your prob before
