p4 1.3 with a 13 Multiplier ?? What is going on ?

WCPUID tells me that my FSB is 100 mhz, and my mutliplier is 13 !! Ive got a 1.3 ghz p4 which I havent seen anywhere but Dell, where i got the machine. Sandra gives me acceptable whetstone marks, but shockingly bad dhrystone ones. Is something amiss ?

your fsb is 100mhz but is is quad pumped which is a 4x version of ddr, as for your dhrystone the fpu in the p4 is crap becasue intel has made it so that the sse2 floating point instructions can be used with out the fpu so when apps and games are optimised for them they should be pretty fast
