At 245FSB, its pretty much rock solid. Temps are fine.
I have a 2.8ghz M0 stepping from Costa Rica.
IC7-MAX3 with BigToes 1.3 bios.
1GB PC4000pro Corsair ram.
A Swiftech (don't remember off the top of my head, flower lookin thing) heatsink and a Vantec 80mm tornado.

I'm running 1:1.
Abit says I'm running Vcore 1.55 (I'm learning to ignore it more, its way too spartic) DDRvcc at 2.80 (should I run it less?) and AGPv at 1.50.
Its stable. Memtest is fine. Memory should be fine.
It says I get 56.5c for CPU at load, but Abit motherboards (espically Max3) tends to run it way too inaccurate, so its figured to about 8-11c more than what the real temps are.

I am running the GAT at A,A,A,D,D. Spectrum is off.
If I try to go to 250FSB @ 1.6vc 1.6AGP, it'll get into windows, but then it'll just restart, for no reason with Prime95 running. I did a memtest on it, did like 40 tests, ran just fine.

Increase vcore (you are pretty safe as long as you stay under 1.65v) and see if it helps.

What about your RAM timings?

Run vcore and AGP at 1.6volts and check back with us.

245 is as high as mine goes though.
Mine will boot into windows up to 255fsb, but fails prime at anything above 245.

My ram timings are 3-4-4-8.

Also, I tried upping the voltage, it really didn't seem to make a difference. It won't fail prime, but it'll just restart. (Unless thats failing)
