I got the fop-38 to boot with my celeron566 @952. It made it to windows then rebooted. Will getting artic silver help. I want to get to that mark.
If that wont work, i am just gonna buy a celeron 600 and take it to 1 gig. I might even save my money up and get a p3 700 and take it to one gig. that would be cool. list your comment here.

If you keep an eye on your temperature you should get better results if you up the voltage a bit from 1.75!

Anything is better than the pink pad on FOP's, and you are safe up to 1.9v as long as you are using some thermal compound
