If I understand this right, the multipliers are locked but you can still overclock if you have PC3200? So that means the FSB is still adjustable?

Exactly. You raise the fsb (and therefore the memory speed) to 200, which is what your PC3200 is rated for, and you have a 3200. Of course, with the locked bartons (week 40 and later) you can almost certainly get past 2.2ghz.

You probably have a 90% chance of hitting 2.3ghz (11*210), but you're pushing your ram out of spec, so you may need to relax timings and raise the vdimm. What kinda ram and mobo do you have?
