Value Ram from Crucial

I had been looking at 3200 Cas2.5 memory from both Corsair and TwinMos, which I assumed to be using 6ns chips. Now I find Crucial 3200 Cas3 is actually using 5ns chips.

Can someone confirm the ns of the Corsair's VS512MB400 and is the Crucial likely to be able to better the Corsair?
