wich mobo for 700e

I want something new, ive got asus p3v4x what would be better, bx? I cant get past 142fsb w this board w/super cooling. Should i get another 700e instead? new board sounds cheaper. thanks.

well I have an Asus p3v4x also. first with a slot 1 p3 667 oced to 775mhz (155mhz FSB) and now a slot 1 700e oced to 1085mhz (also 155mhz FSB) my board goes up to 166mhz fsb, but my 700 would only go up to 160mhz fsb (1120mhz) but wasn't 100% stable.
