well just thought I would let it be known. This new Pro Mag will have far more then double the GPH rating:D
I am hoping that the extra flow rate will raise the static line pressure to help accelerate cooling.
I said a while back I gave a automotive pump a shot and got temps undder benchmark 3D in the 85-86* F range. Then I got the Hydor and was disapointed at the 93* F, so hopefully, this beast monster will lower it back to what it was.

I will post new temps when I get the new pump and make the new lines to accept it.
 
That's a Danner Supreme Magdrive model 7. There's no 'pro' about it.
Nice pump though, you'll be happy.
Maybe I should look at this better 'cause that's a pretty decent price at reefgeeks (about $54). I'm thinking about puting a new pump in...
