What are the best Dimm for O/C?

I'm thinking to upgrade my system with a new Dimm 256Mb, are Kingmax Pc150 TinyBGA really good?
I've red some test but what's your experience?

My friend just got a stick of that and its really good. Beacause its rated really high you can do almost anything you want. He actually got it up to 166MHz FSB, but then death occured to his processor a day later. ;-).
