View Full Version : Mushkin Black lvl 2 3200 or 3500?
I recently built a system around the abit an7 and barton 2500+ and I am having a hard time with choosing ram. Which would be the best ram for my setup and the best in the long run, lvl 2 3200, or 3500? I plan on overclocking at least to 3200mhz.

Probably whatever you can find either 3200 or 3500. As you know those stick of ram have BH-5 which has been discontinued and are getting VERY hard to find, so if you can find either JUMP ON IT!:)
Oh and they will BOTH be find in your rig, either one.
PC3500 Lvl2 is cheaper than PC3200 Lvl2 at NewEgg and eXcaliberpc.com, plus it's garaunteed to do 217MHz.
Like blynes said, they both have BH-5 and will probably perform on par with each other or close to it.
PC3500 is cheaper so I got that :D

A little optomistic there, are we? ;)
Like everyone said, both are BH-5. Grab which ever one is cheapest. If you want 512mb, make sure you grab a 2x256mb dual pack. Dual packs contain two modules that are tested to work as a pair.

Dual packs are worth their weight in gold too, especially now that everywhere practically is out of stock..
