cd-rw wont open?!

i push the button, it makes a noise like it is trying to open, the green light blinks, but it doesen't open

theres a little hole on the front somewhere push a pin or something in there and see if it opens that way

the little hole beside the open close icon thing above the button?(already opened it lol...the manual way lol, just unplugged it, took off from cover thing, used screwdriver...) any suggestions on a new one that is under 50 bucks prefferably
