Just a little bit more and you'd be able to get an OEM Audigy or Audigy 2.

If you are on a budget, look at the TBSC, it's an excellent card for music.

Ignore the max sampling rate on that card, I was looking at it a while ago and it turns out that it only does 24/192 through the digital out, the analog outs only go up to 20/48 (or was it 20/96?). Either way, it's still a good looking card for the price.
