Will any thermalright heatsinks work on my mobo?

I have a Gigabyte GA-7VT600-L mobo, and i know it doesnt have any mounting screws. Will a heatsink like a Thermalright SLK-800A or 900A work on my mobo?

800A can be used with clips... in fact, my 947U came with clips, but I don't know if they're proper or too safe for AMD systems. I'm not exactly a pro at this

well the 900A has clips aswell, does anyone know if a 900A will fit?
