Puter only says 1.14ghz (I got a Barton2600)

I have the MSI K7N2 board and My puter only says I am running at 1.14ghz? I have the jumpers on the board set to j10 "safe mode 100mhz) and j11 at short 133/166mhz. In the bios I have the fsb set at auto and 100mhz. I have set the mobo to default bios settings so the mobo is stable like a rock. I have a AMD Barton 2600 and I know it should run a little faster than that. What did I do wrong?

You need to set all the settings to 166mhz. I'm pretty sure that's where that processor runs at.

set fsb to 166 and jumper to user not safe jumper forces 100 fsb no matter what
