i heard that the abit nf7-s v2 board comes with a rounded sata cable rite?? can that be used to connect the mobo with an IDE drive? o.0 and wud i have to buy 2 of these http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/Online_Catalogue_IDE_151.html for connecting 2 separate cd-drives??
and wats the best online guide for building a computer?? ^^

Theres no such thing as a rounded SATA cable, all of them looks the same (excluding different colors and possibly lights) And no, SATA cables will not work with IDE. If your motherboard doesnt come with SATA cables, yes you will have to buy two of those cables. And finally, there are tons of guides for building a computer, lots of magazines. I personally used www.pcmech.com/byopc but I'm sure that there are many better ones, just search on google

they can, the nf7s comes with a converter to use them with IDE drives, but you only get one of them, and one cable
yeah i think they're called serillel adapters or something like that.
that name may be abit specific though.
