Overclocking PIII 450 Aptiva

I have a PIII 450Mhz Aptiva. I want to overclock it, but I am a bit confused by all the tutorials. Can someone make specific recomendations about this computer? Model 2171-54U. I need to know what cooling items I should buy, and what to change my mulitplyer(?) too, I think I have a 100mhz bus speed, should it be set at 1x right now?? Also what do I adjust on the power supply? do I need too? I appreciate anyone that can help me, I am a beginner so any info would be helpful. THanks
