I found out that if i disable the L1 cache, i can boot into windows @ 1050, and 1061 on my Celeron II 700 @ 2.2v! I just wanted to try and that made me really angry. I was thinking to myself, didn't i lap my cpu and heatsink? Could that have been the problem? Anyway, i never gave it a chance to boot, it goes really slow with the L1 disabled, i just reset.
