Quick Help Needed on RAM Purchase

I need to decide tonight which RAM to get for my system.

Here is what I have so far:

Abit NF7-S v 2.0
Barton 2500+ (unlocked)
Radeon 9800 Pro
WD Raptor 74 GB

I am trying to decide between these two types of RAM:

Corsair XMS 3500 2 x 256 MB
or
Mushkin 3500 Blk Lvl 2 2 x 256 MB

I have seen people getting PC3200 as well. Do I want 3500 or 3200?

Also, does anyone know if the Corsair memory recently ordered from newegg or zipzoomfly has been coming with BH-5 chips??
