ok.. last night i ran memtest86 for 10 hours/89passes with no erros @ 236 / 2-3-2-6
so i start testing my cpu at 295 5:4 ratio making the ram 236mhz... primes for 6 hours fine. [3.2vdimm]
all seems ok, until i try to play a game. after a few minutes of gaming i lock up, but when i use 295 @ 3:2, making the ram 197mhz it doesnt freeze.
i know its not the cpu and the video card is set to default clocks atm.
why is it that my memory can pas memtest for 10 hours and 6 hours of prime but cause me to lock up in 2 minutes of gaming?
the rest of my system is in my sig...
