yes using a tool called radclocker. also powerstrip is popular with most. i like radclocker because it stashes itself with the ATI control panel instead of lingering in the taskbar.

Generally it's impossible to push a video card (or anything, for that matter) past its limits.

Thats a really solid OC. Do you know if the pro bios changed any voltages to help assist you?

hmm i dont know if it did but before i flashed the bios i could only get 385/314 without artifacts
