Here's my problem, I have access to a local SSH server that has access to the internet. I do not have access to the internet. Is there an easier way to connect to the interent that tunneling with ssh for every external ip i have to connect to. For example to open a webpage I have to create a seperate tunnel just for that webpage.

You should be able to do it with ssh tunneling. I've seen it done, but I don't know the exact way off the top of my head.

I need help badly now, i cannot access ocforums.com through a tunnel, but I can access overclockers.com. Does anyone know any free or cheap proxies? I only need one for a week, so if there is a cheap one I would buy access to it for a week. Lol, right now I'm using lynx to browse the forums. I really need internet access. I did manage to get aol instant messenger working though tunneling, but I just want to web browse. I'm confused why I cant connect to oc-forums.com. whenever I try to load the page, it doesnt let me go through the tunnel.

*Edit* i found a free proxy, so now its
my computer -> ip tunnel tunnel -> server -> proxy

it's not that slow, my 10mbit connection now becomes about 77kbs average. I'm used to dialup though, so 77kbs is very decent and no more lynx lol

I wish I could be more efficient, but this will do

Check analogx.com, they have a free proxy server. I have used it and it works fine.
