I Need Help I'M Desperate

i was told that if i set my multiplier to 9.5(i think)
it will help to make the processor take advantage of the ram
but when i did it will not boot up any more at all
so i jumped and cleared the CMOS but it doesnt help
any suggestions
did i fry it?

try again

unplug it from mains

hit start button a few times

them move jumper to clear

make a coffee and drink it

put it back to keep

plug it in and try
