How r yas??

Would a ps2 game back-up look the same as the original? Like would the graphics look the same for example?
And also if you are using - dvds rather than + would that also make a difference?
I know nothin about this, so hopefully u can help :-)

you don't notice quality dimishing in ps2 games, although you do need a mod-chip in order to play back up copies.

Some games you will not be able to backup. Final Fantasy 10 for example uses the 9 gig discs that the DVD burners for this are not available yet.

If you want to make sure you're backing up a ps2 game perfectly download Alcohol 120%. It has a PS2 setting for copying the ps2 games.

I hope this isn't too late,
Irelandmadman, don't buy a DVD burner until after April. There was an entire section on this in the overclockers main page. Current DVD-burners can only burn one layer, and not two, which is the current standard for DVD films.
Essentially the manufacturers are pushing technology now that will be obsolete in a few months.
Here's the link (http://www.overclockers.com/articles916/)
