Poor english student wants to overclock his humble PII233!

I have a feeling that my CPU restricts multi. to *4. So I put it to that, w/ bus at 66MHZ its fine (266MHz).
I have a Chaintech CT6LTM2 mobo, with seepu bios utility that alows 66,68,75,85MHz bus speed but when I try any other than 66MHz everythings fine 'till windows (98),gets to the blue screen then dies!
cooling: ive selotaped my case fane to the large heatsink! certainly doesn't feel hot!

Can you up the voltage on the chip?

If you cant, your not going to go fater then 233.

I dont think i can change the voltage. I ve already over clocked it to 266 by icz the mult from 3.5 to 4 (as high as P2 lets it go). When I icz the bus speed above 66 all seems fine (comp turns on goes through diags. win opens), but nothing works. What is happening? Ta
