Game Theater XP

At present I'm running an Abit NF7 S with the nforce on board sound. I've still got a GT xp from an old system before the present upgrades and was wondering if it was worth reinstalling in my new system? I read somewhere that ther were issues with Directx 9 and the gt xp drivers. Since the nvidia on board sound uses my cpu I was hoping to free it up by going to the gt xp but not if it's going to cause any conflics. any thoughts?

Im using one and it works great. The breakout box makes it worth it. Im having less problems (0) then i had with my audigy (everything)

I'm still using my GameTheater with DirectX 9 with no problems. I don't recall hearing any rumours about problems with it. Where did you hear it from?
