View Full Version : What HSF do i need to get a celly 667/700 to 900 or 1000

I am buing a Celly 667 or 700 soon and i have been thinking of what HSF to get... maybe the Alpha 6035 or the GW Fop-38... they are really good... and expensive.. got any other sugestions???
around 20$ ........

I understand the cost is high, but the gain from either of the two you mentioned, is worth the extra cost...maybe waiting a little longer for enough money to buy an alpha or fop-38 would be worth the wait?
For around $20.00U.S. you can get a "thermaltake Golden Orb".
I don't know of any others that are worth the money, but I do run my 600E @ 840mhz with a golden orb

I suggest you a Fop38 (it's noisy, small and cheaper) or Alpha PEP66U, better than PAL6035, (it's bigger and silent) is one of the best at rasonable price.
I don't suggest you Golden Orb if you don't have a good case ventilation (I've a G/O but I'm waiting a PEP66)

I'm running an ALPHA PAL6035 right now...works OK. Funny thing is, it only barely fits...the fan is actually touching my DIMM #1!! But it works ok, so no problemos here...
