That is a bunch of crap. Sort of surprising how big brother will kick the little ones around because he knows nothing will probably happen to him. Sure wouldn't mind watchin' M$ take two nuts in the face one day.

Yeah this is kind of like what Nissan Motor Co. did to Nissan the computer company. Nissan was the guys name and he started a computer company back when Nissan Motors was known as Datsun. But since Nissan Motors is a large company they tried to take the site nissan.com away from him eventhough its his last name, he had the name first, and when he had the name Nissan Motors was known as Datsun. So when Nissan Motors took him to court the guy got to keep nissan.com but he couldn't use it for commercial use, what's the point then? See more about it here: http://ncchelp.org/
