It's rated at 12.5 Amps, 24 Volts, and there is also a pot that lets you adjust voltage. If I lower the voltage to 15V, would I be able to run higher amperage?

all it does when u adjust the voltage is it just tweaks it so that it wont make ur system unstable, im pretty sure it doesnt give more amps. and i have no idea what that 24 volt stuff is, no psu's have 24 volts output

These are the Mean Well PSU's that people use for their 24V peltiers, they're not ATX PSU's.

as i sed b4, it wont really make the voltage amperage go higher, just adjusts it from maybe 11.4 to 11.6, doesnt make it have more amps

I guess I'm better off running my two spare PSU's to power my pelt. - I only plan on pelting for vid card benchies.
