I wanna do something with my computer's spare cycles, but I don't have internet ran up to my room yet, so I can't fold or run seti.
Anyone got any ideas?

Burn in...constantly. :D When you do get internet, FOLD!!!
If you're bored and have a lot of MP3's, you could normalize them all with something like MP3Gain.

What do you mean normalize them?

You can still run SETI. Download the work units to removeable media and transfer them to your rig. When they are done transfer them back to a rig with internet access.
I use USB thumb drives to hold seti files on machines with no internet and they generally work great. Fill-em up on a internet PC, insert into crunching PC, when done plug back into internet PC and transmit. No problem, clean and simple.
And the 64mb units are sometimes free after rebates at officemax, that's how I get mine!

How many work units can you transer at a time?
Like could I burn a whole CD worth, put them on my computer, and let it go through a couple hundred or so before I put them bakc on the computer with net access?
I'm curious about this as well because I might build a folding rig with spare parts but it won't have internet access.
Berekely will re-disribute WUs that aren't recieved back after about a month. So, figure on caching up 2-3 weeks of data. Your system should at worst do 3 hour workunits, so about 150WUs should be safe to download (and probably even 250 since that's a worst case scenario).
A workunit is 350K, so at a total size of just over 50MB you could even get away with a 64MB thumbdrive or something (128MB for the 250Wus).
If you're interested, visit the SETI section and we'll help you out with setting up a system to transfer WUs and stuff :)

Can you do the same thing with folding?
I would prefer to do that since I'm already a member of a folding team. If not, I geuss you got another Seti cruncher.

You could have the machine fold, then copy the results onto a machine that is internet able and send those results. I'll bet if you re-post this into the folding forums, you could get someone to give you the specifics.
