Hi there guys,

I've recently bought a Celeron 633 (OEM) and it worked ok, until i tried to put it running at 950 with a Titan Majestic Fan (I have an Asus P2B with a Asus Sloket).
So far so good, it booted to Windows Me and was running very stable, but when i run some games or 3DMark it freezes or gets back to windows desktop, so i thought that my problem was cooling, and i bought online an Alpha PEP66U and im still waiting for it to come by.
Them i tried to put it at its original speed (633), and the problem persists...
I'm worried have i spoiled my CPU?
Where can i find a software that permits me to watch the temperature of my CPU, if it exists?

Thanks for the help, nice OC

I don't think you damaged the CPU.

It's much more likely that the heatsink shifted a little and is no longer in full contact with the CPU (I've had this happen, it leaves you think "WTF did I do this time?").
