Low scoring WUs...

Have any of you guys been getting a streak of some "less desirable" WUs? For like the last 3 weeks or so, I've been getting (with few exceptions) WUs worth no more than like 36 points. This it starting to bug me a little since, up until now, I had been crunching on almost exclusively the "biggest-n-baddest" WUs that Stanford was putting out there...

For about 3-4 months, with few exceptions, the smallest (points wise) WUs I was getting were like 44 points...+\-.

These 30ish pointers are crunching like crazy though. I think that our PPW is actually going up because of them.

I've been getting lots, but they fold fast so it works out.

Oh...I just figured my higher PPW was due to a slight addition to my o/c.

Yeah, the 30ish pointers fold alot faster than the 40ish and the 51.4 point proteins. Be glad you're getting them, your ppw should be higher now :)

My main rig is working on a 36.6 pointer which shows me an average of 800+ PPW on just this rig. :drool:

I like some of these smaller ones but not all of them are as friendly.

Blah I am getting these wu's that take my 2500+ @ (10.5 x 200 = 2100MHz) 5 minutes per frame.

Not to bad I guess. Takes my 2000+ Pally about 7 minutes to do these. I have no idea why with 14 cpus I have such low points per week, but if Fast420A passes me, I will cry. One day fast and I will have a little gauntlet of our own. :rolleyes:

those p921 takes ~5 mins per frame on XP 2.3Ghz and only worth 23 points .. grrr .. this protein really hurt my PPD for the last 2 days ..
