If you have no other choice, go with the 633. The best one for o/cing really are the 566 and 600, as the higher default speeds (633-700) have very high multipliers, and are a lot harder to overclock.
The 800e is for all intents and purposes a rebadged 566a. The 800 run at 100 FSB, with a multi of 8x.
8 x 66 FSB = 566
8 x 100 FSB = 800
Some people have had luck (Lancelot, most notably) with these, but you're awfully close to the ceiling with this chip, before you even start. The lower the multi, at 66 FSB, the higher you can usually get from the Celeron II.
I'd really search and try to scrounge up a 600. I've got a bit of experience with these (see sig below), and they overclock quite well.
Get a couple of sheets of 600, 800, and 1000 grit sandpaper, lap the sink, and go to town.

Busted! Yup, you are correct.....533a. To quote Homer Simpson;
" DOH! Stupid fingers!!"
Yeah, a P/// it ain't but I paid $56 for the 600 cC0 listed in my sig that does over 1 GHz comfortably.
Gotta love e-BAY........

Thanks. Learned everything I know 'bout o/cing right here.
I'd still be running the Celeron 300a @ 300 if I didn't stumble across this site.
I need to modify my "sig" again....the "945" has been sold to a guy I work with....I'm building him a rig.
So, that needs to come out, and I gotta add my P///. Just been to busy setting up the PC for sale. Waiting on him to get case fans and PC133...
Haven't decided how to spend the $$ I get from the sale. I SHOULD get another case, so I don't have to rip my system apart every time I want to chang mb's.
Keeps me busy, though. hehehe
